1 - Call me, e-mail me, or simply fill out my buyer's real estate request form with information about the house you seek. This includes price range, neighborhood(s), number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms. The more information I get the better.

2 - Within 24 hours you will receive all the listings on the market in your desired area that closely fit your profile. You will also be receiving new listings that fit your criteria as they come on the market over the next weeks, even months. You will be the first to know when a house comes on the market that fits your criteria, thus maximizing your chance of securing that perfect property. Each listing you receive will have been selected and reviewed by me.

3 - Once you receive a listing that interests you, simply contact me and I will arrange to show it to you. I can show you as many houses as you like until you find the perfect home.
